Realme has today launched Realme Smart TV in India in its online event, which starts at just Rs. 12,999. Realme Smart TV has been launched in 43 inch and 32 inch models. In this TV, with a very thin bezel of 8.7mm, a good attempt has been made to give it a bezel-less design.

Prices and availability

The Realme Smart TV 32 inch HD Ready model is priced at Rs 12,999. Its 43 inch full HD model is priced at Rs 21,999. You can buy these models only through Flipkart and it will also be available on the company's site realme.com. You will be able to buy it from 2 June 2020. By buying through Flipkart, you will get a 6-month YouTube Premium trial and EMI options are also available.

Realme Smart TV will be available in two sizes with different resolution. One of them is being named HD-Ready which will come with 1366 × 768 pixel resolution and the other will come with a 43-inch 1920 × 1080 (Full HD) resolution. Their pixels are the same in both resolution and size apart from the rest of the features.

Realme Smart TV runs on Android TV 9 Pie software and you get a Play Store in it. Also, many apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, Live Channel, you already get installed in this TV. Both models have in-built chrome-cast and its remote also has special buttons for YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Google Assistant.

This Realme TV has a chroma boost picture engine that improves picture quality by improving the brightness, colors, contrast and clarity on the screen. Also, its screen comes with 178 degree viewing angle and HDR 10 support. In this, you are also given 7 different display modes. This smart TV has a quad core MediaTek processor that runs at a clock speed of 1.1GHz, along with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage.

Both models have two 12W speakers and 2 tweeters, are on the lower side of the television and provide 24W output. Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n, Bluetooth 5.0, 3 HDMI ports, 2 USB ports, SPDIF, DVB-T2 and Ethernet.
